Self-Awareness Group

Self-awareness grows most powerfully in connection with others. In these groups, as an Experiential Group Counsellor, I draw on 8 years of in-depth study and certification in Moreno’s psychodrama methods to create a safe, creative, and professionally guided space. By stepping into different roles and exploring life situations experientially, participants discover new ways of seeing themselves and others. Through action methods, reflection, and exploration in relationship with others, participants gain deeper insight into themselves and new perspectives on their relationships and challenges.

What unfolds in the group:

  • Gain clarity on recurring patterns — recognize how certain themes show up in your life, relationships, or work, and learn how to shift them toward healthier dynamics
  • Step into new perspectives — by trying on different roles and viewpoints,
you can break free from old ways of seeing yourself and discover new
    possibilities for action.
  • Express emotions safely and creatively — instead of only talking about
experiences, you embody them, giving space for deeper release, healing, and understanding.
  • Increase empathy and connection — by witnessing others’ stories and
sharing your own, you build a stronger sense of compassion, belonging, and mutual support.
  • Develop practical insights and coping strategies — translate the
discoveries from group experiences into concrete tools and approaches you can apply in everyday life.
  • Build confidence and presence — practice being fully yourself in front of
others, strengthening your ability to show up authentically and assertively.
  • Experience personal growth in community — discover that self-awareness deepens when it’s nurtured within a group setting, where mutual reflection and support accelerate learning.

No previous experience is required — just curiosity, openness, and the willingness to explore in a supportive environment.
