Coach-Mentoring & Supervision

As an ICF MCC coach and certified mentor, I support coaches who want to refine their practice, deepen their impact, and grow with confidence. Whether you are preparing for an ICF credential or seeking ongoing professional development, coach-mentoring and supervision provide different but complementary forms of support.

Coach-Mentoring:

Mentoring focuses on helping you strengthen your coaching skills in alignment

with ICF Core Competencies. It’s ideal for coaches working toward a credential or wanting to raise the standard of their practice.

  • Receive targeted feedback on coaching sessions with real-life examples and clear guidance for growth.
  • Practice and refine skills such as powerful questioning, active listening, and creating awareness.
  • Build confidence in demonstrating competencies required at ACC, PCC, or MCC levels.
  • Gain clarity on how your coaching shows up in practice and how to elevate it.

Coaching Supervision:

Supervision provides a reflective space to step back, look at your practice, and
explore the dynamics between you, your clients, and the coaching process. It’s less about assessment and more about growth, learning, and sustainability.

  • Reflect on real-life coaching dilemmas or challenges in a safe, confidential
    setting.
  • Explore how your values, biases, and emotions influence your coaching
    relationships.
  • Develop resilience and resourcefulness in handling complex client situations.
  • Prevent burnout by creating space for ongoing renewal and professional
    maturity.
