About me

I bring together over a decade of business experience in multinational companies with more than 20 years as a professional coach. Along the way, I have earned all three ICF accreditations — ACC, PCC, and MCC — and am also a certified coach-mentor and supervisor, supporting coaches in their ongoing growth and credentialing journey.

For the past six years, I have also worked as a Personal Leadership Development Coach for the Köln–Rotterdam Executive MBA program, helping leaders from diverse industries strengthen their self-awareness, resilience, and impact.

While my foundation is in leadership coaching and mentoring, my passion now lies in experiential group work, where growth happens through action, reflection, and shared exploration. I am continually inspired by the unique dynamics of each group I lead, and by the way participants discover new perspectives and deeper self-awareness through one another’s journeys.

My work is guided by the belief that true development happens at the intersection of self-awareness, connection, and courageous exploration — whether with individuals, teams, or groups.
